Formed in 2017 in Dublin, Ireland Superstatic was started by Russian multi-instrumentalist Alex (aka Rustam of earlier Russian Black Metal projects Rakoth and Umbral Presence). Initially leaning towards a blackened sound, the band quickly progressed to a more complex and brutal sci-fi/horror inspired Death/Doom.
